High Street Hottie: Bourjois Color Boost

Thought you'd had enough of the whole "lipstick in a crayon" format? Don't pass judgement too quickly, as there are some new bad boys in town, and they're worth more than a passing glance. In fact, I'd go as far as saying you might find you love them as much (maybe more) than your current lip crayons.

Bourjois may have come a little late to the "drawing-on-your-lips" party, but they've made the wait worthwhile. Four colours in total (although I'm sure they'll release more), they are perfect for keeping a little hint of summer on your lips. Glossy, without any stickiness, a lightweight balm-like texture that really is feather-like on the lips, a succinct yet perfect set of colours and long-wearing without drying out the lips. And if that's not enough to float your boat, the addition of the SPF15 along with the twist-up design should seal the deal. No wasted sharpenings here.

Lovers of peachy corals, reds and bright and baby pinks will love these colours - I'm particularly fond of Red Sunrise and Peach on the Beach, but I know these will all get worn to bits!

At a purse-friendly £7.99 they're a no brainer, especially when those lovely folk over at Boots throw a 3-for-2 at us. Go on, go and get one... once you get one of these beauties on your lips, you'll be back for the other shades.
