Leighton Denny Meet Me On Venus NOTD

So, yesterday I posted the beautiful Stunning by Leighton Denny and told you all about my quandry about which colour to go for, and how I ended up with two different colours on my two different hands.


This is the colour that adorned my left hand.  It's called Meet Me On Venus, from the recent Atmospheric Collection (A/W 2011).


When I first got it, I tried it one nail, didn't really like it that much, and promptly relegated it to the ever-growing "never, mind, it was worth a try, will sell in a blog sale IF I ever get around to doing one" pile.
But when rummaging around for something, anything, to go on the nails, I thought I'd give it another go.


Boy, am I glad I did.

I love how it's beige, totally neutral, but has a definite hint of lilac running through it.  It's not metallic, but has a hint of that too.  It's almost ethereal, which I guess would make sense, given that it's from the Atmospheric Collection - duh!


What do you think? Did you prefer yesterday's Stunning or this one? Or neither?
